Set amongst one of Ontario’s most beautiful villages, Elora will host the pomp and circumstance of the Elora Horse and Hound parade, benefiting Groves Memorial Hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society.

Starting at 1:00pm, set against the spectacular autumn scenery of the Village.  Up to 25 riders in traditional livery along with the Eglinton and Caledon Hounds will promenade around down town Elora collecting free-will donations as they go. There are amazing photo opportunities along the way and a chance to say hello to the miniature, cuddly and chubby donation ponies!

The Elora Horse and Hound parade is actively raising funds to assist the Groves Hospital and more recently the Canadian Cancer Society. Previous years’ attendance has been estimated to be 3,000 people!

To date, more than $45,000 has been raised in support of these charities.

We hope for an even larger attendance and an even more generous spirit as the horses and happy hounds take to the streets again this year.

Let your friends and family know about this spectacular autumn event!
